We start off with the original factory plastic fuel door. Our skilled craftsmen take the original piece, file it, sand it down and prep it for a redo. All the edges get filled down and the entire piece gets shaven down to a smooth finish. The part is then professionally wrapped in Genuine Carbon Fiber. Once this process is completed it is inspected to be sure it passes all visual tests. Once everything is done the piece is then coated with a durable, high gloss clear coat. Once cured the piece is then polished for a smooth finish and then buffed to bring out a high gloss shine. The process is lengthy and everything is done by hand one piece at a time. Due to everything that is involved the cost is not cheap, but the result is fantastic!
